We strive to deliver products purchased from Loveknits in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. A shipping charge will be applicable to all orders.
If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount if paid online. If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges will not be refunded.
You can cancel an order until it has not been packed in our Warehouse. This includes items purchased on sale also.
Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. Once the order has been packed and shipped; you may be unable to cancel the order.
For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation
Shipping costs for orders from Loveknits depend upon your location, the shipping methods and options you choose. Expedited handling cost more than shipping for items that are not urgent. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are not only weight-based
All orders placed on Loveknits are dispatched through courier service such as DTDC, Blue Dart Delhivery Etc.
