Email addresses that have an invalid domain, no mail server, or no mail box, fail the verification processes set by Loveknits and Loveknits reserves the right to disable any cash on delivery option for orders placed from such accounts that fail the email verification process.

No. Discounts and coupons are not applicable on the gift wrap charge.

We strive to deliver products purchased from Loveknits in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. A shipping charge will be applicable to all orders.

If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount if paid online. If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges will not be refunded.  For accounts whose return behavior violate our fair usage policy, we deserve the right to suspend product delivery to that account.

These accounts typically return most of the items bought or choose to not accept our shipments. Hence, our regular customers are deprived of the opportunity to buy these items. All orders placed on Loveknits are dispatched through courier service such as  DTDC, Blue Dart Delhivery Etc.

You can cancel an order until it has not been packed in our Warehouse. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. Once the order has been packed and shipped; you may be unable to cancel the order.

No, You can not modify the shipping address of your order after we have processed (packed) it.

For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.

Shipping costs for orders from Loveknits depend upon your location, the shipping methods and options you choose. Expedited handling cost more than shipping for items that are not urgent. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are not only weight-based.

Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:

Incorrect Address: If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to Loveknits by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.

Illegible Shipping Label: In rare cases, it is possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process.


Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. If after three attempts the carrier determines that the package is undeliverable, the package will be returned to Loveknits.


Refused by Recipient: If the recipient of the package refuses delivery, the package will be returned to Loveknits and determined undeliverable.
